Greetings everyone,   

Welcome all. 

I am getting whiplash from the weather changes.  The snow was supposed to be done (at least in my book).  While we wait for the crocuses and daffodils it is time to be planning our gardens.  I was doing so outdoors two weeks ago - moved inside to my desk with paper and pencil last week.  (I have my assistant Dusty - in her cardboard box on my table, napping while I do all the work.  Oh, she will be up for a yawn and a stretch soon, but then curl up again to finish her dreaming.  I am pretty sure that cats dream - I have watched them twitching while they sleep.)  

Back to the garden:  This is a reminder that we will be hosting a vegetable seedling sale again in May - the specific date to be verified.  Tomatoes, peppers, cukes, eggplant, greens of all kinds, etc. etc.  Get ready.  Get planning.  More information soon.  
 
Please have a look at the weekly menu below.  We encourage you to place your orders ahead. It helps to guarantee you will get your favourites.   And it helps us gauge the size of our bakes.  The best way is through the website:  goodbreadcompany.ca  Or you could just reply to this email.  Anticipate a personal response from me as confirmation.  Sometimes the orders end up in my spam folder, but I try to stay on top of that.  

There is something for every palate every day, plus the other items not on the list.  Tarts, muffins, various kinds of scones, hand pies, vintage cookies, etc. etc.  One quick note:  Last week I drew attention to the wonderful Sweet and Hot demi-baguette.  They sold out in a moment last Saturday, with a number of you asking for them afterwards.  So Daniel put them on the menu again this week.  You can order ahead, or take your chances.  

Please bring in your shopping bags or totes.

Check out the flyer below introducing the Kirtan and Sound Journey in celebration of the Spring Equinox.  This is a one-time ticketed event happening on Tuesday March 21, at 7pm, in Richard's Hall.  This celebration of sound and vibration is a great way to shake off winter's cold and isolation and enter a new energy and vibration for the coming seasons - a wonderful and safe group experience.  Get your tickets online.  Space is limited.   

Slow Flow Yoga takes place Monday evenings at 7pm with Amy Rose.  Feel free to join, or just come check it out.

Coming on the afternoon of Saturday April 8, we are hosting a Crystal Journey with David Hickey.  It's an afternoon of relaxation and meditation.  Check out our website for further information and to purchase tickets.
