We bake a large variety of cookies in all sizes, with an overall flavour spectrum to showcase a wide variety of flavours. From Chocolate Wafers and Ginger Snaps to Anise Bites and Cayenne Hot Buttons, the careful recipe designs in our cookies all play up flavour of spices and added ingredients while minimizing sugar and fat.
People travel from miles to grab a taste of our tarts. The pastry for all our tarts and pies is made on-site from scratch. In various guises they are consistently favourites with our customers. Baked fresh daily using the best ingredients available. Filings are Pecans, Raisins, Fruit and custom filings.
Pastries & Quick Breads
With the same hand made pastry we feature mini-quiches, sweet and savoury hand pies and apple dumplings in season. Biscuits & Scones (quick breads) are also part of regular baked items and always developing new products.

Carefully selected flours are blended onsite. Using only the best ingredients. Three blends: light, whole wheat, and buckwheat. Local maple syrup is also available.
