Everything we bake is made from scratch, onsite, with no additives, preservatives, flavour enhancers, no artificial starters. But using the very best quality ingredients available (i.e. no pre-mixes). Through care and experience we have learned the best sources for flour, grains, and ingredients in all our products. We support local suppliers as much as possible, not only in baking but in store front. Every loaf without fail is hand formed, hand shaped with an attempt to superlative quality - taste, texture and flavour profile.
